Refund Policy — Viktoria Bezghin Art

1. Custom & Made-to-Order Artwork

All portraits and artwork in this store are created as custom, made-to-order pieces based on the customer’s photos. Because each piece is individually painted and cannot be resold, custom orders are not eligible for returns, refunds, or exchanges. Each portrait is an artistic interpretation and may differ from the reference photo.

2. Order Cancellation

Cancellations are accepted only before painting begins. Once the artwork process has started, the order becomes non-refundable. If the customer does not send required photos within 14 days, the order may be cancelled without a refund due to reserved time.

3. Photo Requirements

The customer must provide clear, high-quality photos. If the submitted images are insufficient, the artist may request new photos. Orders cannot be refunded due to poor reference images or failure to provide proper photos.

4. Damaged Orders

If artwork arrives damaged, the customer must report it within 48 hours with photos of damage. A replacement may be offered depending on the situation. Damage caused after delivery is not covered.

5. Lost Packages

Lost packages will be investigated with the shipping carrier. Refund or replacement will be considered only if the carrier confirms the loss.
