Shipping Policy — Viktoria Bezghin Art

1. Processing Time

Processing time begins only after required photos and instructions are received. Portraits are typically completed in 2–3 days during slow periods and up to 14 days during busy seasons.

2. Packaging

All artwork is shipped flat in rigid, protective packaging to prevent damage. Frames and mats are not included unless specified.

3. Shipping Methods

• USA: USPS Priority Mail or similar
• International: tracked mail with delivery confirmation
• Optional shipping upgrades available

4. Delivery Times

• USA: 1–5 business days
• International: 7–21 business days (customs delays possible)

5. Lost or Delayed Packages

Carrier delays are beyond the artist’s control. Lost packages will be investigated with the carrier before any replacement is considered.

6. Customs & Import Fees

International customers are responsible for customs taxes, duties, or import fees.

7. Address Accuracy

The customer is responsible for providing a correct shipping address. Returned packages can be resent at the customer's expense.
